*Orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. PT to be eligible for next day delivery. Packages usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, unless notified by email. Express service on certain merchandise may take up to 3 days to process before it leaves our warehouse, you will be contacted by a sales representative to confirm delivery time on such merchandise. Oversize and overweight items (over 2 lb per item) will be adjusted for shipping costs and the customer will be notified by email prior to dispatch.

What are my shipping options?
We offer both standard and express delivery:

• Standard Ground
  Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order in approximately 4 to 7 business days.
  
  
• Express Air
  If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery (excluding Saturday delivery), orders must be received by 10:30 a.m. PT, and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained. Please refer to the rate chart above for an estimate on express shipping cost. For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m PT. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 10:30 a.m PT through Friday 10:30 a.m PT will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 10:30 a.m PT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. For Saturday delivery, please see "Weekend delivery" below.
  
  All overnight deliveries are handled either by Federal Express or United Parcel Service, and may require a signature for delivery. This service is available to US continental addresses only. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, we only offer standard shipping via Postal Service.

Estimating delivery dates
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  
• We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 10:30 a.m. PT for next day delivery.
  
• Federal Express and United Parcel Service deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  
• United States Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Weekend delivery

Multiple shipments
Please note that orders may be shipped separately and from different locations to expedite delivery of your order. Additional shipping costs incurred for these multiple shipments will not be the responsibility of the customer, unless the customer is notified prior dispatch.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
Canadian orders may refer to the rate chart above. No additional shipping and handling fees will apply with the exception of taxes and duties. All Canadian orders are required to pay the 7% GST imposed by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency at the point of order check-out. Free shipping offers do not apply to Canadian orders. We ship directly to your door via Canada Post or Canpar. Express overnight service is available to select Canadian destinations, please contact us at (212) 740-0723 to inquire if interested. SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
Packages shipped to countries other than US and Canada are sent via United Parcel Service or Postal Service. Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
