- Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Shear Integrity (also referred to as "Seller").
- Shipment, Prices, and Quantity: All shipments and prices are prepaid. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
- Taxes: Buyer agrees to pay all applicable taxes (sales tax, GST, excise, or any other tax), which will be added at time of invoicing.
- Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations: Limited editions, leather goods and special order items may not be returned or refunded. Other orders may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of order, only if the Seller approves in writing, and may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 30% of the selling price. Returns are NOT ACCEPTED without prior Authorization Number obtained from 1-212-740-0723. Please send your packages to us via insured and prepaid Postal Mail or Courier (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Warranty and Limitation of Liability: All merchandise sold by Seller is warranted by the manufacturer. Buyer agrees that its sole and exclusive remedy shall be for the repair or replacement of defective merchandise under such warranty and that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, business losses, or injury to person or property) shall be available. A non-refundable min. of $15.00 shipping and handling fee is applicable, whether the item is under warranty or not. Such warranty shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Delivery
- Delivery Date: Delivery date will be anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks for standard shipping. Non-stock/special order items require approx. 4-6 weeks to ship. Discontinued merchandise will be shipped while supplies last.
- Special Packing or Handling: If special packing or handling is required by the Buyer, Buyer agrees to pay all reasonable extra charges. Such orders may not be cancelled or changed.
- Risk of Loss: Buyer shall be responsible for any loss or damage after the merchandise has been delivered, except damage or loss caused by Seller.
- Claims and Returns: All claims for damages occurring before or during delivery will be deemed to be waived unless reported to Seller in writing within five (5) days of delivery; such claims will be prosecuted by Seller.
- Payment: Payment in full is required prior to shipment of merchandise.
- Cancellation: A 30% restocking fee is applicable.
- Acknowledgement: Buyer must respond to an acknowledgement within 3 business days in writing or order is considered correct and unchangeable.
- Acceptance: The placement of an order directly from our web site or a purchase by phone constitutes the Buyer's agreement and acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
